Event Information
On 29 April, it’s time for the evergreen Outeniqua Marathon and Half-Marathon. The 42 km race starts at the Outeniqua Park Rugby Stadion while the 21 km race kicks off at the Garden Route Dam. For those who rather want to wet their feet first before tackling longer distances, the 10 km run starts and ends at the Wilderness Commonage, which also marks the finish line for the other two races. This popular running event is a qualifier for the Comrades Marathon and attracts many runners from all over every year.
